Employability Coordinator (Employability Partnerships) job with NORTHUMBRIA UNIVERSITY

The Employment Partnerships team within the Graduate Futures Service is delighted to hire two Recruitment Coordinators.

Career coordinators provide specialized career activities including support for curriculum development and delivery, academic staff training and information, coordination of employment events, and 1-1 Careers Clinic information and advice for students and alumni. Working in collaboration with Employment Partnership advisors, coordinators will use key employment data sets such as Graduate Outcomes, Career Readiness, and NSS to inform team and project developments within academic colleges to enable greater impact on student experience and graduate employment.

The coordinators will have excellent knowledge of the student and graduate labor market and have experience developing and delivering engaging educational content. They must also be able to demonstrate strong relationship management and organizational skills, along with experience in leading operational activities in an employment context.
