Creative Summit and Showcase of Recording Arts in the Music Industry: Emerging Artists Exhibition

The event will begin at 5 p.m. with a panel discussion with experts in the creative arts industry, moderated by the Dean of Arts, Humanities and Design, Dr. Barbara Hubbard. Panelists from Symphonic Distribution, Feld Entertainment, Beach and Main, and SPC’s Marketing Department will discuss their experiences and advice. The speakers are:

7-9 pm | Music Recording Arts Exhibition (MIRA): An exhibition for emerging artists
Enjoy this annual showcase of talent from emerging musicians in SPC’s MIRA Program. Students in both rock and R&B groups will perform a variety of songs by artists like Alicia Keys, Soundgarden, Pantera, and more! In addition, MIRA software producers and engineers orchestrate everything from background and playback to live audio mixing for presentation. This event demonstrates how the SPC Music Program focuses on empowering students through creative studies and professional experience.
Bonus – Help Future Artists: Art Supply Donation Campaign
SPC is proud to partner with R-Club on an art materials donation drive to put art supplies into the hands of Tampa Bay area youth. Donations will be accepted during the event at the Palladium. Help our future artists!
