CFP Board Center for Financial Planning and College for Financial Planning Announce CFP® Exam Prep Scholarships

The Center administers scholarships to assist eligible individuals in completing education and exam requirements as part of the CFP® certification process. Scholarships offered in association with College for Financial Planning® help the Center achieve its mission of creating a more diverse and sustainable financial planning profession. It also enables the college to reinforce its commitment to providing the best for its financially planned workforce and the people it serves by building and diversifying its ranks.

Dirk Banton, CPA, CFP®, Chair of the College of Financial Planning®. “We are proud to partner with the CFP Board to offer College’s Prep Review to aspiring and qualified professionals from underrepresented communities within the profession. This is an extension of the Private College Diversity Scholarship Program which awards up to 60 scholarships annually to individuals who qualify for a one-year CFP® certification education program. “

This 10-week college prep review for the CFP® exam includes:

  • Handling important materials and study tools,
  • Choice of live online, on-demand, or on-site lessons taught by expert faculty and
  • An educational platform uniquely designed to keep students accountable and on track on exam day.

The top five prizes are scheduled for the nominees who got March 2022 CFP® test. To qualify for the scholarship, candidates must meet the eligibility requirements and successfully complete the application form, including enrollment in March 2022 CFP® Exam at the time of the scholarship application.

The application window for the scholarship program has opened in Friday 12 November It will be closed on Sunday December 5 As part of the Center Scholarships Cycle in Winter 2021. Recipients will be provided with registration instructions for the College’s CFP® Exam Prep Review at no cost in time to prepare for the March 2022 CFP® test.
