View this email in your browser (* | archive | *) .org/programs/scholarships/ We have just extended the application deadline for the Practical Aesthetics Scholarship, the Atlantic Full Annual, Early Action Award for each of our three professional conservatory programmes: Full Time ( Full/), Evening (, and Virtual ( conservatories. During this time, we also award a limited number of partial scholarships to select incoming students. Each program offers in-depth training in practical aesthetics, and Atlantic technique – outlined in an actor’s practical guide. Our immersive learning by doing approach is central to Atlantic Acting School’s education. Candidates are considered based on merit and the need demonstrated by the overall strength of the test and application. Must be a new student to apply. In addition to our general application materials, please provide a 1-2 minute test video. This self-tape test should consist of one contemporary monologue with the applicant looking at or off the camera. Starts August 29, 2022 Mon-Thurs 9am – 5 p.m. ET This world-renowned music program is a two-and-a-half year full-time course that empowers aspiring acting professionals with artistic precision, creativity, personality, and a lifelong community that fuels success outside our doors. The curriculum includes instruction in a disciplined approach to scenario analysis, working honestly moment by moment, and bringing these competencies together in performing the material. Begins September 26, 2022 Monday – Thursday 6:45 PM – 10 PM ET Designed for the working actor, the Evening Conservatory distills the physical, emotional, and analytical tools of action into a focused three-semester program . Students will transcend their creative comfort zones to take their talents to new heights and apply their training under performance pressures. February 1 – June 16, 2022 Tue, Wed, Thu 6 PM – 10:30 PM ET Rooted in multicultural perspectives on performance methodology, this remote program draws from the Atlantic School of Acting and the wide variety of artists working at Atlantic Theater – from New York to Los Angeles, Argentina, Australia and beyond! Over the course of 3 focused semesters, students will develop distinct portfolio parts: an individual self-written project, a film project, and a collaborative group project.
